RAYMOND J. PEKOWSKI - Is the President and CEO of The Expo Group. Ray has spent the past 26 years in the exposition
industry working with companies such as Greyhound Exposition Services Company, United Exposition Service Company and
co-founder of Nationwide Convention Systems, Inc. Ray’s experience and unique vision of customer service lead to the
development of the Single Source Solution®, for exhibitors and show managers. As a result, his company has set new
standards in the trade show industry for general service contracting. Ray’s innovation also led to the creation of
The Expo Group Show Manager of the Year AwardsSM, honoring the outstanding show managers in the industry. His professional
associations include IAEM, PCMA, SISO, ASAE and ESCA.

RANDALL PEKOWSKI – Is the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of The Expo Group. Randy has been in the
tradeshow industry for more than 10 years. He began his career at The Expo Group in operations before moving to
customer service. He has since worked as a Sales Executive, Project Manager and Director of Information Services.
He is the inventor of record for The Expo Group’s Automated Convention Processing System and Method (US Pats. 6,557,007 and 6,721,763),
the business process that enables the company to deliver its renown Single Source®.

DUTCH ANTONISSE - Is the Executive Vice President of The Expo Group. Dutch has over 30 years of industry experience.
He started his career in 1963 with Freeman Decorating and became one of the first account executives in the newly created Freeman
design and display company. Dutch formed his own display, installation and dismantle company which he later sold to Heritage
Communications, a publically traded company, and held the position of president for 10 years. Dutch has been with The Expo
Group since 1997. |

J. MICHAEL BATES – Is the Vice President of Finance for The Expo Group. Mike has 15 years experience in the financial services field,
predominantly in the travel and convention services industries. Mike oversees finances, accounting, treasury and purchasing for the company. As a
member of The Expo Group senior management team, he is involved in the strategic and financial planning for the company.

ROBERT CASH – Is Vice President of Business Exchange for The Expo Group. Bob has been with The Expo Group for more than
10 years, joining the company in a business development role before moving to the management and administrative work he now
performs. Bob procures business for The Expo Group from other general contractors producing events in our local markets. He
also has sales responsibilities and performs account executive functions. As a member of The Expo Group senior management team,
Bob is involved in strategic planning for the company.

CINDY BERTRAM – Is the Director of Human Resources for The Expo Group. Cindy is an HR generalist and is a designated Professional
in Human Resources (PHR). Cindy is responsible for organizational development and planning, labor relations, payroll services, occupational
health and safety and HR administration. As a member of The Expo Group senior management team, she provides HR and planning expertise.
