In the Employee Spotlight this month is our 2019 Amaze Award Winner, Senior Designer Audrey Liptak. In one short year, she has had a profoundly positive influence on the growth of our business and the growth of her clients’ shows and events. Audrey is a University of North Texas grad with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is local to North Texas – grew up here and loves doing yard work and projects around the house that give her an immediate sense of accomplishment.
Fun Fact: Audrey originally started her college career at University of Oklahoma studying to be a meteorologist!
Design Tips: Do NOT lather, rinse, repeat! It can be scary, Audrey says, but trying a different set up or different configurations can really pay off. “Utilize the creative talents each of our designers has,” she says. “We can create so many possibilities and stay in the same budget. If it doesn’t work out, we can always go back to what we did before the next year.”
