Imagine starting a new job in the middle of March 2020. That’s exactly what our spotlighted employee did. Tarik Algam is a native Texan who joined our Finance Department earlier this year. So close to the sheltering in place order that many of us have yet to meet him!

Tarik was looking for a career improvement with an established and stable company, which led him to The Expo Group.
“During the interview process, I looked up reviews on the company and was very impressed with the comments,” he shared. “I was also overwhelmed with the long tenure the employees have with the company.”
Since joining, Tarik has discovered a group of very friendly, welcoming colleagues, he said.
In his free time, Tarik does a lot of running and bike riding – he loves doing most anything outdoors – and also hunts, fishes and golfs. While he enjoys going out for Tex-Mex, Tarik also enjoys cooking on his grill or smoker, even dabbling with new recipes. So he will discover how much in common he has with many of his colleagues, just as soon as we are all back at Headquarters.
