For our March 2020 Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting 30-year The Expo Group veteran and 2019 Servant Leadership Award winner, Dianne Bailey.
Dianne has been working at The Expo Group since February 1990. She started in our Customer Account Management (CAM) department, and currently serves as its director. She grew up in Abilene, Texas and attended Hardin Simmons University.
Outside of work, Dianne spends time volunteering and is a founding member of the Junior League of Plano/Collin County. She is also the recipient of the LaVonne Rea Award, given by the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau for excellence in service. Outside of serving others, Dianne enjoys painting, reading, music and playing the piano, visiting the beach and spending time with her four grandchildren.
Her biggest advice for exhibitors is to “read all of the information you receive from The Expo Group. Please call, email, or even just use our online chat with your Customer Account Manager and understand your material handling instructions. We are here to help you!”
