WHO WE ARE:

The Expo Group, LLC. (“TEG”, “we” or “us”) will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We are located at 5931 W. Campus Circle Dr., Irving, Texas 75063, USA. WHAT WE NEED:

We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of sensitive personal information. This does, however, include first name, last name, company name, job title, geographic location, phone number, email, and other business contact details (“Personal Data”).

WHY WE NEED IT:

As a component of our legitimate interest in providing information, transaction support, and for marketing purposes (the “Service”), we need to know your Personal Data to inform you of our future offers and similar products. We will not collect any Personal Data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this Service to you.

No third parties have access to your Personal Data, unless the law allows them to do so.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your Personal Data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your Personal Data not in accordance with the law, you can complain your national data protection authority or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
