When Diversified, a global leader in media, technology, and managed services, set out to host their Global Summit 2025, they envisioned an experience that seamlessly blended cutting-edge innovation with meaningful connection. To bring this vision to life, Level5 Events partnered with the Diversified team, delivering a strategically designed, highly branded, and flawlessly executed event that inspired engagement across general sessions and breakout rooms.  

The Diversified Global Summit serves as a marquee gathering for industry leaders, partners, and innovators. As a company rooted in creating dynamic solutions, Diversified needed an event environment that reflected its own brand of ingenuity and forward-thinking expertise. 

Through collaborative partnership, strategic design, and expert execution, Level5 helped transform the Summit into more than just an event—it became an experience that reflected Diversified’s leadership, vision, and innovation. 

Strategic Design for a Cohesive Summit Experience

Level5 applied its signature 360° event strategy—blending creative storytelling, technical precision, and expert production—to craft an experience that flowed effortlessly from main stage moments to interactive breakout discussions.

  • General Sessions: Level5 designed a stage environment that brought Diversified’s Global Summit brand and mission to life, integrating immersive visuals, lighting design, and seamless content delivery to engage attendees from the first moment.
  • Breakout Rooms: Each breakout space was tailored to foster collaborative discussions, featuring branded environmental design and engagement tools to optimize participation.

A strong visual identity ties an event together, and Level5 ensured Diversified’s brand presence was embedded throughout the Summit. Our team curated:  

  • Custom scenic elements and branded stage designs for keynote sessions.

A critical element to the event was the 60+ leading technology companies that presented their latest products and solutions in the partner pavilion. Innovation was on full display as Level5 brought in our organization’s resources to turnkey the pavilion into hub of activity and networking for partners like Google, Microsoft, LG, and Sony.
