Your high-net-worth alumni and donors engage with millions of pieces of digital content every minute. We captured and analyzed this data to enhance our understanding of event types and experiences that resonate with them.
For these VIPs, comfort is the bare minimum; they want to take everything to the next level. They enjoy tasteful, but luxurious events which offer unique experiences they wouldn’t be able to access elsewhere.
From the grandest gala to the most intimate dinner gathering, we think about unique ways to activate venues, the value of sharing a meal (and an experience), and celebrating or honoring achievements together.
Choosing furniture that fosters conversation, tableware that makes the meal shine, and custom décor that creates the right ambiance can add a richness to the event.
We’ll work together to determine the best use of resources and the right tone and look for the perfect high-touch experience.
To celebrate the inauguration of Boston University’s new president, Level5 Events partnered with BU to create a unique, sophisticated, gala dinner and program for top donors, prospects, and key stakeholders. The evening was an important moment in a series of inauguration events celebrating the new president. Empty spaces can appear overwhelming to tackle for the untrained eye, and hard for some to envision, but we love them for their ability to lift creative boundaries and make possibilities limitless. For BU’s inauguration gala, working in the SoWa Power Station provided the unique opportunity to design a completely customized experience from wall to wall, ground to ceiling.
Considering the building limitations on campus, the University of Chicago’s “Inquiry & Impact” dynamic campaign launch dinner was served in a neighboring courtyard under an elaborate tent.
The evening concluded when the ceiling transformed to a video projection surface, celebrating the legacy of UChicago and the future envisioned through the campaign.
For its 200th birthday, The George Washington University (GW) celebrated in style. Combining the Bicentennial Bash and the Monumental Alumni Gala into a Centuries Celebration Weekend was one of GW’s most ambitious experiences to date, with multiple days, multiple venues, and varying tones and tenors. An inaugural Monumental Alumni Gala was an important part of the weekend. This tented, elegant dinner for 600 VIPs inducted the very first class of GW Monumental Alumni.
